Hanna Dönsberg skriver om hur enkelt det är att få lokalmedia intresserade, om man bara har något som faktiskt rör den lokala orten — i det här fallet att Västmanland hade klarat sig väldigt bra i primärvalet.

Efter att ha tittat på pressmeddelandet var det väl i stort sett ett “alla rätt”:

Intresseskapande rubrik med en lokal nyhetshändelse, check. (“Framgång för Västmanland i Piratpartiets primärval.”)

Nämn det lokala området redan i ingressen, check. (“Västmanland är väl representerat [på valsedlarna]“).

Enkla, klippbara faktastycken, check. (Ett klipptes in ordagrant till artikeln: “Piratpartiet har inte listor efter län, utan efter sin egen organisations distriktsindelningar. De fem västeråsarna kommer därför att vara kryssbara på Piratpartiets valsedlar i Västmanland, Uppland, Södermanland, Örebro, Östergötland och Gotland.” Här finns inspiration att hämta för Lobbyraterna.)

Bra, klippbara citat, check.

Länkar till mer läsning, check.

Det enda viktiga som jag saknade var kontaktinformation, men det fanns under länkarna med mer läsning i det här fallet. Dessutom lyckades ju lokalmedia uppenbarligen få tag på Västmanlands toppkandidat, så det fungerade ändå :)

Nästa gång får Västmanland gärna använda PPs centrala presscenter för att skicka lokala pressmeddelanden, så går det ännu enklare!
