The coming weekend will see the 2011 conference of Pirate Parties International in Friedrichshafen, Germany on March 12-13. Meeting leading pirates from all over the world is always a thrilling experience, and I’ve also been honored with giving the closing keynote.

I’m told there are still some places left, and the cost is a mere €50 (plus travel and lodging…). If you haven’t been to one of these, it’s tremendously inspiring to meet so many driving and inspiring people. The first PPI conference (before PPI was even formally founded) was in Vienna, Austria in 2007, and I came home with so much energy you wouldn’t believe it.
